It's a Bandit, for ~Nijihamu-can! I remember these little guys from Yoshi's Island - they're really freaking annoying. Apparently they're also in Paper Mario. Nice!
Also I thought I was actually on schedule with this request since it was due for Christmas, but then I remembered that it'll be Valentine's Day on Monday... uhh...

As you can see, I love transparent .pngs now. It's a classy way to not put in a background.
Also, if anyone's interested in technique - I used the pen tool to make lines on Jigglypuff, freehand-inked the lines for Brock in Painttool Sai, and this guy's lines were inked on paper and scanned in. OH SNAPS

Haha thanks - it helps to scan your lines at a super-high resolution so that they're smooth when you size them down :P
